  1. Will Vorex Integrate with QuickBooks®? Outlook®? Google® Calendar? Yes, Vorex PSA includes a native integration tool with QuickBooks, Outlook, and Google Calendar. Additionally with a long list of APIs of integrated software applications, Vorex is built to integrate with the software you are already using to manage your business.   1. Can I assign separate access control and privileges to varying users? Yes, Vorex offers powerfully flexible user access control. You have 100% control over what each employee can see and access. Your subscription will include six predefined and commonly used roles. You also have the option to define an unlimited number of roles based on your exact company needs. You may have a single access privilege for everyone, or a separate one for each employee – complete flexibility.
 
  1. Can my clients or subcontractors access my portal? Yes, you may assign clients or subcontractors limited access privileges to view only the information that is relevant to their account.
 
  1. I have existing data…Do you offer data migration services? Yes, depending on your migration needs Vorex can tailor a migration service to match. Please contact our support team for details. Contact us at 1.888.908.6739
 
  1. Do you offer support and maintenance? Do I have to pay for support? Our customer support and a rapid response team is always ready to answer your questions and maintenance requests. Support and maintenance is already included with your monthly subscription. You will never be charged extra for support, maintenance, or upgrades.
 
  1. What type of training do you offer? All new subscribers will receive three personalized training sessions. While we try to make these sessions as comprehensive as possible, we realize there is always room to learn more. If you do need more information, our support team will provide mini-training breakout sessions. And remember, all our training comes at no cost to you.
 
  1. How often is the software updated? How do I learn about new features, services, or product upgrades? Major software updates and productivity tool enhancements happen on a quarterly basis. In addition, minor system updates and enhancements takes place on a monthly basis. In both cases, we send out a notification email to our clients to make them aware of each new enhancement.
