Vorex provides managers with the ability to easily manage their projects and related task from a single portal. The portal’s dashboard clearly displays projects with all related critical information, such as assigned employees, start/end dates, estimated/actual hours, and much more.

Once a project is created, you can then as easily assign to it any number of employees using our simple select-and-move interface. The system automatically checks the specified start date for the project and promptly displays the project on the assigned employee’s timesheet, significantly reducing the average project creation and setup time.

The built-in intelligence system will continuously compare estimated project hours with the actual hours being logged against the project through the integrated timesheet entry system, giving you an advance-alert mechanism of potential negative budget variances.
