Work Orders / Bill of Material

The Work Order module is the cornerstone for the kitting, bundling, and assembly processes. The process is fully and seamlessly integrated with the sales/order and dispatch process, giving you a full control of the entire process.
Vorex made this process much more intelligent and easier to use by adding a layer of built-in intelligence to automatically recognize the items on your Dispatch or Sales Order that require assembly/bundling from those that are a stand-alone products. For assembly-required items, a Work Order associated with your Dispatch or Sales Order will be provided to the appropriate staff- with the listing of required materials (Bill of Material), along with instructions and any supporting documents on how to build it. The system will even tell your assembly staff the exact location in your warehouse to find the needed materials.
