Once you initiate a project from a template (or from scratch), the system will automatically check your inventory levels to ensure needed products availability and gives you the option to create a tailored pre-filled Purchase Order(s) for the missing items from the lowest priced (or preferred) vendors. It will also search your employee database to find workers with the needed skills and inform you of their availability.
