Vorex Project Management module provides you with all the intuitive tools to create an unlimited number of dated tasks, dependencies, and the associated human and labor cost for each task. And with the integrated Human Assets and Inventory Control modules built into the system, your task assistant manager will automatically calculate the cost of each task as well as the grand cost for the project based on your predefined vendor materials cost and workers rates.

Vorex turns any project into an easy-to-manage one, with visual and color-coded line items to indicate potential delays, needed items to be purchased, labor availability issues, or pending approvals. With a single view from your dashboard, you will have a complete bird’s eye view of your project’s status.

And with the intelligent template builder, you can define a project once and re-use it for future similar projects, saving you days worth of planning. Once you initiate a project from a template (or from scratch), the system will automatically check your inventory levels to ensure needed products availability and gives you the option to create a tailored pre-filled Purchase Order(s) for the missing items from the lowest priced (or preferred) vendors. It will also search your employee database to find workers with the needed skills and inform you of their availability.
