The Skills Engine Search Intelligence (SESI) module is a breakthrough technology offered by Vorex to significantly reduce project staffing time while ensuring that project managers are assigning the most qualified personel on each project. The end results are fast project staffing, satisfied employees working within their field of expertise, excellent output, and satisfied clients.


The SESI module harvests employees’ skills stored in the system to provide the project manager with a suggestion list, sorted by qualification level, of best candidates for the project.


All is needed is for the project manager to define the skills set required for any particular project. This easy to do step can be done at the very early stages of the projects- once the project is about to kick off and staffing needs to take place, the project manager and with one mouse click can get the recommended candidates for this project.


This module automates project staffing- which is one of the most time consuming parts of project management. Eliminating the need to manually go through your employees and contractors rosters, figure out their skills, inquiring about their skills by calling other managers, and finding out their availability.
