The Request Portal System (RPS) automates and streamlines the way you receive requests for review and approval, eliminating unexpected purchases or abrupt time-off requests. Equally important, it replaces the time wasting paper work requests and phone tags.

Each dated request along with any related notes are routed to you via a workflow system and instantly presented on your dashboard. Once a request is approved or declined, the employee will receive an immediate notification of your decision, along with any notes regarding the request or the decision.

RPS logs all information making retrieval of historical data for auditing, evaluation, or reporting very simple.
