Vendor management will provide you with a single data source that puts all the vendors’ information you might need at your fingertips. You will have accurate and consistent vendor contact information for shipping/billing, disputes, or customer service. Quickly find critical contact information, such as their phone/fax numbers, web site, or email address- eliminating the need to locate these pieces of information from multiple sources.

The Vendor Management module does more than storing contact information, it keeps a record of their account numbers and maximum credit limit, as well as the price of every item they sell you- making it the only source you will need to retrieve any piece of information for a specific vendor.

A similar management module is available to store clients’ information for companies who utilize Vorex’s Sales and Order Management module.
