For those items that require assembly, the system will automatically break down the order into its predefined material components and generate a work order. This item-detailed work order will then be automatically routed to the appropriate staff with instructions on where to find these items using the shortest physical route and on how to assemble them into a finished product. Upon finishing, the system will inform the shipping manager and route the financial data to the billing department.
With configurable definition of inventory levels per item, your dashboard will flag items with quantities that are below the optimal level or above the overage level- ensuring that you never jeopardize your production output nor waste your warehouse space and freeze your liquid assets.
